If you dig deep into Title IX, it's been broken down about a thousand different ways. I don't think anything is a completely original idea at this point.

I just wonder why football is counted against the men's scholarships. There is nothing in the rules about it being a male only sport.
I don't think there should be rules either way about having to fund a certain amount of scholarships for either sex. The demand for the scholarships isn't there for a lot of the female sports.
