Long story short. House on Internet for 2-3 weeks. Sign up for one week. Not overpriced with room to negotiate. Offers of lease to buy in 2 years. Everything says no, now skip to end.

Long story: Second conversation about leasing house with desire to buy. Believe first guy, phone calls, and said thanks but no thanks.

Second guy, only text messages. First, replied no thanks. Second came at 11:30 tonight. Offering small amount of cash down, then pay monthly amount (his number) for two years then buy.

End: I see this as a short term investment for them, he includes wife's name on text. We are flexible in purchase date, but this seems like they will buy at today's price, discount for non-OT baller thoughts of cash in hand, then sell in future for more.

Anyone interested in a Denham house with Pacific views?

What? That doesn't even make sense.

Use simple sentences. No run-ons or cut-offs. Once you've mastered that, then move on to complex sentences.

Oh, and Money Board.

A Lease purchase rarely goes to close. Get enough money upfront to sue them.

With todays morgage rates at record low, if someone can't get a loan approved, I wouldn't sell them or lease to them a dog house. Leasing in this situation is not an option. This guy has a problem of some sort,...better be safe than sorry...NO LEASE...

as a lender i strongly suggest you do not lease purchase the house. the only reason someone would want to do that is because they cant qualify for a home loan. You can buy a home in denham springs thru RD with no money down and a 640 score..if they can qualify for that then they dont need to own a home
