Oil Well Fishing Tools Operations Training

Is there any kind of training for this? I have outside sales experience and want to learn about and get a job in fishing tools, so I can eventually get a sales position in the fishing tools industry.
I looked at a few training programs on rig zone, but want to know if someone knows of anything specific out there I can take.
My objective would be to get a job in fishing tools and then eventually get into the selling of it.
I figured this would be the best board to put this on. TIA
BTW I have a little experience in fishing tools from working wireline

There might be classes on fishing tools you can take, but they are probably really expensive. I think it's the kind of thing you just learn on the job.
I could be wrong, though.

I kind of figured that it would be that way, but wanted to make myself more marketable. Thank you

It's definitely something to be learned on the job. Education helps, but the really good fishing hands have experienced it all.

Thanks Fester! I applied for the job, so hopefully something comes of it. Like I said before, I have little experience. But, combined with everything I think I'll be ok.
