If I ever wanted to do a small crawfish boil for say 10 people, do y'all know anyone good to order it from? Decent price, but also fairly fresh and shipped on ice.

I'm in South Central La. They're starting to get pretty hard. Warm weather = hot water and low oxygen.

Have no idea about deliveries. Did a search and did find this:

Are they pretty good on their shipping charges?

Someone recommended Tony's Seafood for mail orders but their shipping seemed kinda high.

You need to just drive over to Huntsville and go to the New Orleans Lunchbox off of Holmes Ave. New Orleans Lunchbox
Or you could talk to Donny at the Po Boy Factory. Po Boy Factory Donny goes to LA once a week to pick up crawfish when in season.

Do you know if they either sell it by the pound or less than the 30-40 pounds sacks listed on New Orleans Lunchbox? Thinking about doing one soon, but we are going to do oysters and shrimp too, so we won't need that much. More like 15 pounds.

Plus it's gonna cost me at least 25 dollars to drive there and back. And that one yellowfin listed has free shipping, jumbo crawfish, 15 pounds with seasoning for $84 dollars. And I think that's with no tax.

15 pounds from New Orleans lunchbox would be $60, not sure of the size, and cost me $25 dollars in gas, and waste 3 hours of my day.

But thanks for the links, it's another option.

Yea, I just noticed that you were from the Shoals area. That is about as far from Huntsville as you can be and still be in north Alabama. I saw north Alabama and just assumed you were close to Huntsville. I would just order them. They would probably be better quality too. I order boudin from the Best Stop in Scott LA and it always gets here pretty quick.

Cool, the website seemed like you were dealing with real folks and not a distributor. I liked that.
