I thought Coach JJ could be an outstanding hire, but he's impressed me as much as any coaching hire we've ever had over this amount of time.
He's leaving no stone unturned, and after the last staff's seeming unwillingness to recruit, it's refreshing.

just the fact that we're even in competition for some of these guys amazes me after what the last staff was doing
