Oh no doubt...it's awesome that he does that to random women he bangs.
As for the singles hitter thing, I don't agree that amassing hits is overrated. It's not easy to get hits (as BAs prove), so even "only" hitting singles is impressive and noteworthy at times, especially if you can do it consistently and seemingly forever.

you also gotta wonder how Jeter playing in todays age affects him. Most people hate NYY, and he's been the face of the team for a long time.
