That's kind of how I feel.

We've seen the recent rule changes, all supposedly in the name of player safety. Goodell could really give two shits about that. You don't scream player safety and then try to get them to play more games per year, and thus exposing them to more trauma and shortening their careers.

This is about trying to position themselves for the coming lawsuits. They have former players suffering from depression, dying early, sometimes from suicide.
