Dons and Best Stop has good cracklins and boudin. Cankton/Scott exit west of Laffy on I-10. Sonniers in Lake Chuck also has good sausage/boudin.Check these places for hog head cheese or maybe Poches in Breaux Br. Not sure on your other items. Can you make the red beans and jambalaya?

thanks good suggestions...I will do no cooking...200 people and too many meetings that day to cook...Jambalaya shop will have to do for the Jambalaya and red beans.
