Hmmm, how much time did Brees leave on the clock when they scored that touchdown. Instead of controlling the clock, knowing your D has stopped shite the last 5 minutes, you score as quick as possible.
Yeah, I know they were in a hurry to score, but everyone knew 49ers weren't going to stop Brees from scoring.

might I add that your armchair quarterbacking - 'They should have controlled the clock better' 'Drew has more weapons and that should make up for a D that allows Alex Smith to dominate them' - reeks of someone with absolutely NO football experience or knowledge
