For people that don't know much about him.. Yes, he is Todd McClure's cousin. He went to Central then his family moved and he transferred to Catholic where in the beginning of the season he had a ball hit back to him on the mound and it hit him in the side of the head and he was in the hospital for a while. They were afraid of brain damage. He was told that he would never play baseball again. But he ended up recovering pretty well and got a JUCO scholly. From what I know, he always wanted to end up at LSU, but the injury set him back (and understandably so). But I'm glad to see that he made his way here

I thought the name sounded familiar.....well, GREAT news for him and the comeback. This is a great story!

Wish him well.......heard about that and many said it was brutal to see it happen.

That's what pitching coach is for. We have one of if not the best k:w ratio so hopefully we can fix the 27 walks.

Yes we do and lets hope so. If that walk to strike out ratio continues, he won't see much playing time.

saw him play alot in high school and wasn't overly impressed. Must have been a roster filler. Guess they're giving scholarships out to anyone these days

did you see him play a lot his senior year? The year he was injured? Just curious.
