Thats WAY too high. If you had a decent HS coach and someone like Tony LaRussa managing a big league game it would make a difference in maybe one game a year.
Keep in mind I am talking about managing the game. Evaluating players, coaching, day to day operations, all of that shite is important but just deciding what to do in certain game situations is super easy.
