Not necessarily a big one, and I think we'd still have the best starting five with Pettit. Heck, I almost put Tyrus Thomas in there just for the defense (since don't really need any more scoring).
Pettit was so far ahead of Macklin it is a joke. Look at their respective pro careers.

Pettit not athletic? Check out these highlights and tell me that.

Plus Pettit was over 6'9" and Macklin a little under 6'7". Pettit had a much better outside shot, more moves and was an equally good rebounder.
Make no mistake, Bob Pettit was one of the all time greats!
