Thanks for the list, Cdawg. I rocked 1987 all day at work yesterday, and will probably do it again today.
I hadn't listened to the J & M Chain "Darklands" in awhile, and it is really solid from start to finish (April Skies is one of the best songs from the 80's).
Along with the classics on your list (Electric, Document, Joshua Tree), I rate the Replacements "Pleased to Meet Me" and the Hoodoo Gurus as some of the best.
