selects are where retailers make their money too, the markup on those are way more than field run

I boiled 2 sacks of the mediums yesterday. I'm working all weekend.
The mediums are just straight run so the size will vary from sack to sack and week to week depending on where they came from. 1 of the sucks I did had noticeably larger size bugs than the other FWIW.
