I agree it was a foul but not a pk. A pk is just such a huge call in a game, you're essentially giving a team a goal, that to give one right there was the wrong call IMO

Milan will be out of this game in the second half because they have to feel like the refs are out to screw them

This is stupid. PK is by definition a result of a foul in the box.

That's the problem with the typical English/American approach to the game. There is ot delineation between contact allowed in the box resulting in a PK, and contact allowed outside of the box resulting in a FK.

It was the right call, just a call that English/American viewers don't quite understand. The Laws of the Game disagree with your sentiments.
