Saw about 10-15 rattlesnakes (stepped on one in Maryland) on the AT and one copperhead. The rattler pictured had a scarred up face and huge gashes that were very old & had healed. He was missing part of his face. Every mundane pic I post has a good story. Also, some of the small nonpoisonous snakes I posted were in a group of 5-10 snakes in a small pile under a rock; kinda creepy.
