Why does Randy Moss get workouts/contracts and Terrell Owens doesn't?

But age, it's just a 1 year deal for Moss(I think?), so I don't think age should play a factor in it, for the most part.

Obviously, they do. It just doesn't really make sense IMO that TO can't even get a workout.

True, but the distraction is still there, whether it's a result of him directly or indirectly
