there is just something about the mentality that comes with getting that particular thing done.
similarly, do you think people with face tats make good decisions? would you consider someone with a teardrop or mike tyson esque whatever the frick that is to be a good idea and indicative of leadership qualities? not all ink is the same.

4 out of the 4 I found right off hand and was listing. Ryan Leaf had no tattoos. He must have been a great leader.

Where the frick do you get this shite? PDiddy (like him or not) is another example of a good decision maker and hugely successful person.
The point is just that there is no correlation. People are dumbasses or are not dumbasses, but it doesn't have anything to do with whether or not they have a neck tattoo. Josh Booty, JJ, RYan Leaf, Jeff George....none of them have neck tattoos.
