exactly, the good pilots know when to drop flares and it is the good pilots that need to be taken out as quickly as possible
even the way the CITV is now, a good pilot is hard to bring down and this patch will make it damn near impossible

We've faced some pretty good chopper pilots that fly too high for us to paint them or swoop low behind cover. It can be done, but it makes them avoid us and that takes them away from the action.
Shooting down choppers is still an accomplishment with the CITV station.
