To be honest I have no idea either, but just from what I've observed it seems like TJ is a hands off gameday coach, and allows his assistants to do a lot of the work on game day (nothing wrong with this imo). So you may very well be right.

I agree with the sentiment that it isn't necessarily a bad thing. I seem to recall that Brady did this a bit with Nikita Johnson, correct me if I'm wrong. Dale Brown's x and o's knowledge has also been debated endlessly. I'm wondering if Guerinoni's role is he's the D guy or the strategy guy or some other segment. Fascinating stuff.
