I made gator kabobs done on the grill. Marinated over night in orange juice, garlic teriyaki sauce, and some seasoning salt. On skewers with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Grilled and basted with lowrys Louisiana red pepper marinade. One of the best things i have ever eaten.
