Hooters' has a legit one when done right (I manage the one in Houma). This is assuming good grease and it doesn't get dried out. I've gotten cooking these down to a science and they come out absolutely perfect.

This is so true. Last time I was in BR I was hungover and ate the whole thing. Normally when I'm hungover I don't eat all day
