Jacksonville has a new coach and a new owner with deep pockets. They were also $32 million under the cap last year, and can carry that over to this year if they choose. If they trade for Manning, they could afford his salary for this year.

your talking about j-ville. peyton manning isnt looking for more paychecks. hes looking for teams who can win super bowls immediately. j-ville may have the money, but they lack the most important thing: an already built to win now team.
