no one else is saying that either. Its not that people want to keep Schaub because he's so good we can't part with him. The point you are missing is Schaub is a good QB, Manning's health status is unknown. Its not worth the risk for a legit SB contender to cast aside a loyal, good QB for a bigger name that was one of the all time greats, but is now older and coming off a major injury that kept him out for a year.

If you are a bubble type team like Az, Seattle, Miami maybe Washington that have no QB but could maybe make a run with a QB, its worth the risk. For Houston its not worth it, unless as i noted earlier, Schaub's injury is worse and could keep him from starting the season. If Schaub is ready to go, you stick with a guy like that.
