Now to present the Erxleben Award for worst poster please welcome the President of Keny- I mean of the United States Barack Hussein Obama:



Thank you. My fellow Keny- er Americans, we are gathered here today to give an award. Not for losing, not for failure -- but for incomplete success. When I look at these posters who so severely lack winning, I see also lack of basic poster rights. We must even the playing field for those who are winning-challenged. In that spirit I am introducing a program in which underprivileged posters may share in the winningness of that 1% of posters at the top -- via a program of post-quality transfer, to be overseen by the new Department of the Innerwebz .
