I've got a Bermuda lawn so what do I know. Weed and feed will fertilize Bermuda though, so I'd do a weed killer and fertilizer in seperate applications.

There is no reason to think about applying fertilizer right now. Especially up there in Arky.
If you are worried about the weeds getting ahead of you, apply a weed killer with 2,4-D in it. That should knock out all your weeds.
Remember the best way to control weeds in a Bermuda is have a thick lawn. This will squeeze all the weeds out.
