I think it's clear that there are really good players and Miles makes a point of having high character guys. On the other hand, losing top La. players several years in a row HAS to be stopped. Miles in his news conference alluded to that, and says "I am a competitor." I think he will address this problem effectively.

some fans just can't get over the Keil and Collins issue to let them see the Talent in this class.

Not worried about Davis loss

7....the phrase, "we filled needs" is a smoke screen for "we had a good class, not great, but good"

Were a 10 would have included Davis, Collins and Kiel.

Just like everybody else, I would be happier if the class would have featured 1 or 2 of the big name prospects that we were in the running for (Kiel, Ward, Edwards, Howard, Patterson) and losing Toshiro after considering him a commit for over a year stung. Otherwise, the class was really solid and helped the team address immediate needs going in to the 2012 season. I really like the group of LBs that we signed... if Kwon fully recovers from his injury he has a chance to be a real special player.

7. I love the class, but it still stings to lose so many blue-chippers to other schools.

I was really hoping to end this "bad karma" we have had since the NC game with a nice surprise today. Kwon was the surprise, but Davis' stunt just keeps the "bad karma" feeling lingering.

Very satisfied to have met needs. I dont buy or care about that 'how many stars' crap.

I was at 6.5 yesterday, losing Davis sucked but I really like Kwon so I'm holding at 7 for now until we see if we have any casualties.

I'd rank this class as "below average" compared to some other *CLM recruited classes at LSU. That being said, I'd rank it slightly higher than average in terms of filling some team positional needs. What really matters most is how will the new Tigers play? How well will they be coached? Results, not rankings, are what matter most to me.
Along these lines I'm interested in knowing how 2 or 3 of the top LA bluechippers went elsewhere. And why.

leaning twds an 8. i really think some guy's like deion jones and corey thompson are under rate. i also trust les and the staff vs rivals, scout, espn when it comes to offensive lineman.
