These star rankings are done by persons several states away that probably have never seen these athletes in person. LSU's signees have been evaluated first hand by our coaches. That's why we have 3 star athletes as first round NFL draft choices a few years later.

They don't need the top players in Alabama. They can get the top players from the USA as a whole...

Quite a few of the players that have signed with LSU had Alabama offers as well...

Class isn't bad. And if I had to choose between the 3 we picked up in past couple of days or Davis, I'd take Liggins, Thompson, and Alexander every time.
