I think the jury in the cdc will see it a bit differently, having tried cases there. He is lucky the death penalty is not on the table. I bet Randy is pissed off. He is about to right a big retainer check. Not a lot of Alabama Louisiana attorneys out therem and they are not cheap. Every parents nightmare.......

Page one says this young man it has been stated was recovering from a seizure; much has been made about because he was drunk it was his fault. As I watched this video I felt he was more than drunk...I hope he comes forward and gets this wrong corrected.
