Unfortunately for those charged with a "hate crime," the law as written is so broad and poorly written it applies to about anything. Really the law looks applicable but not within the "spirit" of its adoption. This is why people shouldn't be so excited about passing feel food legislation. Dumb results are guaranteed

there are varying degrees of sexual assault and as such should have different punishments. This case i do view as sexual assault and he should register as a sex offender. A rapists should be castrated and a child molester should get teh death penalty.

no, but i would like to know if i was living near a pervy, weird bastard. if he doesnt want to be labeled as such, he should keep his nuts in his pants and off other's faces when at a fast food eatery. it is pretty simple.
