Take a large tupperware container. Put in some cooked pasta (I use rainbow), then some black olives, mushrooms sauteed in a little olive oil. Add some low calorie salad dressing. Shake it up and stick it in the fridge.
Then, as you have different meats available... chicken, turkey, ham, etc. Just scoop some of your cold pasta mix in a plate and add pieces of the meat and eat cold. If it seems dry, drizzle some olive oil or salad dressing.
It can last 5 days and very flexible since it only takes 1 minute to make the dish.
