Idk. When I think of sexual assault I think of ppl that get sexual gratification from what they're doing. To me the dude was just being mean spirited and / or joking around.

But idc. It wasn't me so if they want to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, then go ahead. He's the one that decided to whip out his balls in a crowded restaurant and rub em on someone while he knew he was being filmed.

Would be pretty funny if he wound up being a registered sex offender. Wouldn't feel sorry for him at all just because it's so stupid of him to do it.

that's definite sexual assault and the guy should have to register as a sex offender once charged and found guilty. It's all on camera so how can he dispute it?

In most cases sexual assault is about power and domination,not sexual gratification.Having lived in Alabama most of my life there does seem to be something wrong with the male population here,i think it stems from having needle dicks.
