There must not be any avid Miles supporters left to defend his actions.

A lot of you are saying that Lee must have done something to prevent Miles from playing him. This is your defense when people question Miles' decision not to play Lee in the last few games. If that was the case then why wasn't one of the other QB's on the roster prepared as the backup QB? So that that leaves us with two possible scenarios for what occurred.

1) Miles is stubborn and was going to play JJ no matter what happened win or lose. This means Lee was crapped all over and seriously disrespected in spite of him taking the high road throughout this whole process. This makes Miles a douchebag.

2)Lee did something negative that made Miles decide he wasn't going to play him going further no matter what. This means that we finished the season without a backup QB. If you knew that you were not going to play Lee under any circumstance wouldn't you prepare one of the other QB's on the roster as your backup? This makes Miles a dumbass for not having a backup QB.

So which scenario do the avid Miles supporters go with?
It's a false dichotomy. There are, of course, more alternatives. Miles intended to play Lee; however, given the game situation and the Bama pass rush, he changed his mind because he thought that Jefferson would give LSU the better chance to win.

At least your consistent with your false dichotomies. It could be that avid Miles supporters choose to ignore false dichotomies.

If Miles didn't realize by halftime that JJ wasn't the best chance to win, you can call him whatever you want and you would be correct. Hell, he should have known after the UGA game.
Georgia and Alabama are the only top ten defenses LSU played in games this year. Lee did not fare well at all when he played a top ten defense.

Of course, the LSU offense goes against a top ten defense everyday in practice.
