I'm just saying its alot easier to average 30 a night getting mostly lay ups and dunks than it is to average 30 a night shooting mostly mid-range jump shots. Lebron's fg% doesn't impress me that much because most of his shots come from near the rim. 45%+ shooting jumpers and 3's is much more impressive but thats just me personally.

My biggest problem with Lebron is I think he thinks he's entitled and is lazy. With his size and strength he should dominate anybody not named Dwight Howard down in the post and he just can't and all it takes is hard work and he just hasn't put it in. He's out at the club partying all night while Kobe is up at 4 am shooting and lifting weights. Lebron's been given the ultimate gift from God and he takes it for granted

none of that matter IMO - if you have teh strength to go inside and make high percentage shots then you have a higher field goal percentage and do your team more good

moral judgements about degree of difficulty are irrelevant IMO

I think that is a fair criticism

Lebron actually shot better than Kobe on jumpers last season, and he shot a lot of them. They made up 69% of his total shots, so it's not just an abberation due to low numbers.
