Saban - 1 BCS title at LSU, 2 BCS titles at Bama Miles - 1 BCS title at LSU with Saban's players You tell me if I'm out of touch.
3 SEC west titles.
2 sec championships
2 national title game appearances
1 title
Program is elite with the cupboards full of talent.
You are severely out of touch.

theres nothing factual about "sabans players".
So the 2007 team was entirely recruited by Miles? Okay.

Look...everybody gets it. you hate Miles. theres no reason to make yourself look stupid over it.
I hate Miles, but I'm only posting facts. You can't dispute facts.

no....but it wasn't entirely recruited by Saban either. But it WAS entirely coached by Miles....which makes it Miles' team

Don't get me wrong. Even as second tier to Saban in the SEC, LSU is doing very well. Recruits are going to keep coming. It's a very high second tier.

You hate success
How you can possibly hate a coach that has gone 75-18 in 7 years, With 3 sec west, 2 sec championships, 2 national title appearances and one national title, means you are severely out of touch.

LSU and bama are on the same tier....then its everyone else. the loss Monday doesn't change that

Not true. I dislike a coach who will quit on his team just to prove a point.

That's ridiculous and unfounded.

shite how long do we have to endure 10+ win seasons? Oh the humanity
Posted on 1/11/12 at 11:33 am to TigerJeff
we are rantards huh? all you idiots look at is #'s. Name one great coach move that Les Miles has move, besides a f'in trick play, that has wowed you. Don't worry while u think i can name a dozen horrible situations. If something can be better, why be satisfied for anything less?

Name one great coach move that Les Miles has move
1) Turned out a #1 overall draft pick.
2) Won an NC.
3) Beat 'Bama during their National Championship Run by making the difficult decision to switch QBs in the middle of the game because we couldn't get anything going
4) Consistently puts his team in a position to win from week to week, regardless of the talent level of his team, or the opposition, for the last 7 years.

So Brandon LaFell, Demetrius Byrd, Chad Jones, Keiland Williams, Trindon Holliday, Richard Dixon, Ryan Perrilloux, Kelvin Sheppard, Charles Scott, Jacob Cutrera, Ciron Black, Joseph Barksdale, Drake Nevis, Ricky Jean-Francois, Rahim Alem, Terrence Toliver, and Al Woods (who were all recruited by Miles, but I'm sure I left off plenty of notable players from that list), didn't contribute anything to the 2007 NC?

1.) And that #1 pick has been the biggest BUST EVER in the league
2.) With 2 losses with matt flynn...smh..we were lucky to be in that game, although we did deserve it
3.) So why didn't he make that change in the game that mattered
4.) That was bc of talent and good coordinating. Look at Georgia this year, Tennessee last year, Ole Miss the year before, must i go on?

Has zero to do with Miles. You don't get picked #1 because you were coached to suck in college.

I can't remember. Do we have the trophy or not?

The guy is goofy, and I don't always agree with him, but you can't argue with the results of what he puts out: A damn strong football team.

Talent is recruited by Miles. Coordinators are hired because he likes them. Look at Georgia, Tennessee, and Ole Miss over the last 7 years, then compare them to us. Must I go on?

If you think the offense LSU runs is anything like the offense Kragthorpe and Strudrawa want to run then you need your head examined.
If you think those 2 did anything other than recycle a 2 month old game plan that Bama clearly prepared to defeat, then you need some remedial instruction in football basics.
