IF you are just looking to follow the game, the ESPN Scorecenter app would do ok. You can set it to give you alerts on scoring plays and also can do the game tracker as well from within the app. It's free.
If you are wanting to watch it, you could get the Justin.tv app because I'm sure someone will be streaming the game on there. Not free that I'm aware of though.
