My kid graduated from DTown last year, and I ran into two of her teachers in New Orleans last month. We talked about LC, and they said he isn't a brain in the class room. Now, how that relates to football and decision making who knows, but they made it clear that he wasn't so sharp.

The only thing that really bothered me was how in almost the same sentence he said he wants to represent the boot and then roll tide, I'm going to Alabama....... That seems to bother me more then him actually going to Alabama. lol

110% A. Don't see why people are still blaming the girl when he CLEARLY made up HER mind by saying he's known for 2 years...

...and go to Alabama...did he qualify academically? If you want to leave the state, go to USC or even Rutgers....but to want to leave Louisiana for the state of Alabama is just retarded.

in the end he is just a kid who happens to have an extreme amount of talent. I'll wish him the best except for 1 week a year or in this years case.....two weeks out of a year....

I know of 2 girls who were awarded U of Gump scholarships. Both attended St Joseph's Academy in BR. One was Valedictorian, and both were National Merit Finalists.
BTW for those of you not familiar with St Joseph's, it's considered one of the best high schools in the state.
Multiple National School of Excellence winner.
