This is my breakdown
Both LSU and Bama offer him the same opportunity football wise. He will start immediately and will play like a beast at both schools. He will be coached by the top coaches in the nation. He will be a high first round draft pick.
The difference is that LSU=close to home, family, all his friends like Dwayne Thomas, Debo Jones, Eric Reid go to LSU, hometown hero

IF they can convince the girlfriend to come to LSU, this is over.
However, I think she wants out of LA. A new experience maybe. Can't blame her.

I heard the whole GF thing with other recruits, I don't think it means anything. These dudes have women all over the place - fact.
The GF didn't mean anything with Lache, although it appears he may have been a pay to play candidate.
Can anyone cite actual examples of blue chip recruits following their GF to a particular school?
