well north texas and idaho are both BCS non AQ teams and they are not getting a return game.
you do realize the difference between BCS AQ, non AQ, and FCS right?

uh yeah...I was assuming you meant BCS AQ. While technically correct that all FBS schools are BCS schools, a BCS team to me is a member of one of the six leagues that aligned to form the BCS. And it was pretty much referred to as such by the media until the Utahs and Boises got involved.
