re: Public criticism of Coach Les Miles

Sorry for those that don't get the Baton Rouge Advocate, today's letter to the Editor title "Coach Unfair to LSU Quarterback"
We are going to have to hear about this in all the talk shows leading up to the game and then probably during the game as well. If CLM decides to leave LSU one day, you can thank our unloyal fan base.

Its a God given right for CFB fans to second guess the coaches. Even the best will get criticized on every play that doesn't work. You can win 50-0 and get criticized for not sacking the QB enough. My wife will even cut on Bama occasionally and she hardly knows who has the ball. But its all part of the fun. I wouldn't have it any other way.

There are plenty of reasons why people are upset about the qb situation. Fair to Miles no but here are a few reasons. JL certainly does have an argument to be the starting qb but this is a premier college team in all of the country and I'd rather the coach have who he thinks is the best in there.

Not just JJ all who were at out not in their bunks . Should have been sent home to mom .
I will say this again , LSU will not win this rematch with JJ as QB . Unles JJ is able to do what so far he has not been able to do. Under pressure make the right decison . Examples : The Saftey , his passing game , when under pressure he will either throw it to long or into the turf.
I think we are lucky we have two real good QB's , . I believe that Bama is a better team than Georgia is . Georgia held LSU for 0 1st downs in the 1st half . Where Georgia did not have the man power to stay in the fight ,for 60 minuites . Bama like LSU does . A FG will not win or lose this rematch. LSU will have to score more than 3 td's to win this rematch . Can JJ do it , I do't know. Neither do you. We hope he can. LSU got inside the bama 10 yd line once . Now if one of my grandson played football and wass a QB and came over and said "I have a chance to play for LSU . The Fighting Irish , or Vandy . Where should I go ?"
I would tell him go to a SEC team , but not to LSU . I back up what I say with this
