If you own land in Mississippi then it's a LOT cheaper to transfer your residence there in your name get their plates and hunt for free on the land. Buying a lifetime LA fishing if you want to fish BEFORE you do that though.

yup, thats what i did, im now a ms resident, both vehicles and everything registered up there
