My comments & questions (and I only read selected pages not all seven):
a) So what do you see TS’s failure mode as being and when? Soon outgrown with no room to expand? Structural factors of safety? Just asking.
b) The very fact that this question is being asked sort of underscores the trend in thinking today and especially regarding the “TS experience.” I almost have to believe that with the introduction of piped-in music and the replacement of night games what TS is all about is being lost. What TS is supposed to be known for are night games and the most raucous, loudest, most intimidating environment in all of sports.
c) Is there anyone in our current administration that really understands what TS is all about and is acting to preserve it as such?
d) While leaving Jerry World I posed the question to my brother if he would trade TS for Jerry World? His immediate answer along with mine was “no way.”
e) I lived in TS (239 SS ’83-’85). I like being able to tell my children ‘dad lived in TS.’
f) At present, other than expansion options, I don’t see a need to even entertain the idea.
