I would be for it. I like the idea of putting in on the river but we have a large batture area (unlike Knoxville), which would be a logistical problem. I would want to see the arches and have the new stadium maintain the same character as the old. And for God's sake, make some better parking to go with it! We really need another bridge over the river and a quasi-traffic loop.(Not just for game day - ridiculous, I admit, but if we're spending billions...)
