Yes with the following qualifications, which I look forward to discussing:
Purpose: the future. Essential Goals in this order: Beautiful outside, practical, and beautiful inside.
Build an 115,000 plus seating capacity Ultradome between New Orleans and LSU and use it for the Saints, LSU, any nearby pro team wanting a great venue (even if part time), any Bowl, and any college conference championship. The winners and losers both get to party in New Orleans without driving.
The Dome would be linked to LSU and New Orleans by a 60 mph raised rail system that would only take 40 minutes for the students (priority) to arrive.
Unlimited acreage for events and for before-and-after-game tailgaiting and parking.
Squeeze in some roof acreage (not necessarily contiguous) to roll back for dry cool days (not a must).
Real seating. No stupid standing room only for 20K plus fans who can’t see the game.
It must be as loud as the Superdome (which is louder than Tiger Stadium).
It must be beautiful outside and inside.
No gimmicks such as giant, useless windows as in Jerry’s World. That must be for seated fans.
The SEC is expanding, and college ball is becoming more and more important.
Others can argue over benches or seatbacks; just don’t forget the goals.

You are truly an idiot. You simply don't get it!

And while we're at it, let's shoot the opposing team's quarterback out of a cannon to start the game.
