I am not selling my tickets, but you need to understand why someone would.
Those of us who pay $900+ per seat in TAF/Tradition Fund fees EACH YEAR, as well as $300 for parking passes...ALL PRIOR TO PAYING FOR THE TICKETS, have to at least think about selling their $300 face value tickets for $1700+. That would mean being able to pay for the next years TAF fees, which alone will be $2100 (assuming they are not increased, that is, which is probably a bad assumption since all the coaches just got raises), with the $2800 in net profits one would get from selling their seats, is a sensible thing to consider.
If you do not make such contributions, NOT with any assistance from a corporation or work-business, then you cannot comprehend the consideration one might give to this option.
So, it is not as simple as you make it out to be, partner. It just is not.

Sorry logical reasoning and common sense are not allowed on the rant.

I get this---I pay the fees you mention here every year. But I do so because I want season tickets--not with an eye on "making my money back" by marking up my tickets for a ridiculous price for a game like this. I can make the money up elsewhere if need be--just doesn't feel right making a killing off of people that just want to see LSU in the big game. I suppose it's a personal choice.

I pay TAF fees on 4 tickets. Why do I pay them? To attend LSU football games. So why would I sell them? Just don't get it.
