I've had mixed results with this. I like the ease of grilling, but I can't get used to the taste of char on my wings.

I like Texas Pete but I usually steer towards Frank's. Theres a new thick blend of Frank's which I'm considering using this time around.

Steaming rids of a large portion of fat/skin so when you bake them its not an oily mess and skins get crispy. I usually do not like wings but I think there are great. And Franks makes good sauce

Really like the char taste. Frying and finishing on the grill is my prefered method when not considering health.

Ewww....No char!!!!!!!!!! Char on Chicken tastes like poo.

Lower heat...longer time. No direct heat!

Man...y'all got me wanting wings. I am going to the store and firing up the grill. I am at home and I can do this before I start working later today
