Bama missed two open TD passes, not counting the Maze/INT/Reid.

we were lucky.

LSU better be able to drive for 80 yards a couple of times, because I expect that TR & co. will do exactly that.

This...Bama drove the ball...sure a few penalties helped..but I'm not underestimating tr's ability....jj is going to have be accurate to win this game...Lee didn't look bad until the picks..he hit a few good passes...I look for saban to take away the option game..he said they had missed assignments

I agree... JL did hit some good passes until the int. I am not sure if we can have success with option again, I am looking for them to widen the DE/OLB and contain hard, turn any outside plays inside... which could be attacked by passing off the option. We did get to the edges faster than they did last game, but... we had some excellent blocking on several of the option plays. Really, if we can complete some short passes to keep them honest... it would make a huge difference in how they attack the outside running game. I just dont think JJ can do it, I still say we need both of em(JJ & JL) to have the most effective Off.
