Ok, I'll take pity on you. Get yourself a photobucket account (they are free). Upload the image. Click on the image. There is an option to resize, click it and choose the size you want.

My question is how is "avi" supposed to be short for avatar. This is not the first time I've seen it, either. Yeah, I'm mad.
