Let's say LSU loses to Florida, but wins he West in a landslide. Florida is the East champ by an equal margin. Is it fair for LSU to play Florida in GA for the SEC crown?

Are you as big of a failure at the rest of your life as you are at this thread?

It's pretty telling how you all won't admit it pretty much the same thing.

Analogy doesn't work because we know going in what the ground rules are for winning the conference championship. On the other hand the BCS has its system set up to chose the best two teams, which is often a very subjective and politically driven (some say corrupt) process.

Both teams would have won their division in that scenario, retard.

I agree it's the same thing and I don't see a whole lot of "NO REMATCH, IT'S NOT FAIR" folks wanting to give back our 2001 SEC Championship.

Each won their division! LSU been there done that in 03! No problem as we earned the right to be there so did they.

No shite. It's the current system, JUST like the BCS used it's system.

That's why I've never been a fan of things like CCG or Tourey's in BB.

Also there wouldn't be another team sitting there with a possibly more impressive resume. In your scenario both team have to play there way in to the game. That's not what happens in the BCS, it was decided by a vote.

If you can't see the distinct differences then you are blind or just dumb.

No one is arguing about the conference champ format. You will have to admit the vast majority of people are not happy with the current BCS system. The current BAMA/LSU rematch is only the latest example of a very unpopular matchup.
