Things are little fricked up right now with Houston losing and OSU making a late push.

Does the sugar have to take TCU or are people thinking MSU goes below 16? I think MSU stays in front of TCU.

Why does TCU get in over Boise State? Way too many clauses in these BCS rules for me to keep up with.

I think someone said you have to be conference champion.

I don't think michigan makes it cause they need to finish #14 or better in final bcs standings to make it, I would assume if michigan does not make it then VT would play Stanford in the fiesta.

Oh ok. Either way, a 2 loss mid-major team doesn't deserve to be in a BCS bowl game.

Totally agreed. Although, I think TCU could probably hang with a lot of teams.

They do if the Big East gets to send a team.

Michigan will move into the top 14 easily after today.

Houston, Michigan St, Georgia all lost and they were ahead of them. I think they'll move into the top 14.

thats what it is, a mid major conference champ that is ranked at least no lower than 16 in the final BCS standings and ahead of an AQ conference champ is guaranteed a BCS bowl bid.

TCU would need to finish in the top 16 and ahead of WVU to make a BCS bowl.

Boise st would be #2 in the MWC and go to the poinsetta bowl to face LATech Dec 21.

TCU beat them to win their conference, if TCU moves up 2 spots from yesterday they would be an auto bid.

They're sitting at 16, and #13 and #14 lost today. I wouldn't be that surprised if Houston fell behind them after getting blasted. Their biggest problem will be Baylor jumping them

TCU will go over Boise because TCU most likely will be the highest ranked nonAQ conference winner, will jump to at least 16th, and should be ranked ahead of WVU.

forgot about baylor and KSU

I could see baylor or KSU being choosen as one of the 3 at large teams along with TCU and stanford.

I think it really comes down to KSU, Baylor, or michigan for the final BCS spot.

for what its worth I believe Baylor gets in over Michigan.

BCS bowls are about money first and foremost. They typically take big name programs over deserving teams. Michigan will make it in due to the money they'll generate IMO.
